Will Peters

Director of Operations

Will is a Georgia native with a degree from Georgia Tech and background in sourcing properties for private equity firms. Will is a seasoned investor with over 300+ deals worth of experience ranging from flips, off market deals, and development. Will holds 60+ units  and has expanded into other ventures including build to rent neighborhoods and a laundromat. Will focuses on helping clients reach their goals with investment ranging from building a portfolio to building a development. On a day to day basis he oversees the 25+ contractors on projects and analyzes new deals and opportunities.

Hamilton Hirsh

Director of Development and New Construction

Hamilton is a Macon native with a degree from Georgia Tech in finance and real estate. Following graduation spent time at Fickling as a Development Associate working on site selection, predevelopment, financial modeling, due diligence process, and project oversight for large scale multifamily projects with over 1,500 units. Hamilton focuses on planning and consulting on development projects both in-house and for clients. Hamilton is a licensed real estate agent and LEED accredited.  

Grayson Goble

Cofounder and Director of Technology

A Georgia Tech graduate and tech savvy investor focused in the Savannah market, Grayson spearheads technology and system developments at GA Peach Properties and manages the Savannah branch of operations.

Crystal Lancaster:

Property Manager

Crystal is a Middle Georgia native with a background in property management, overseeing over 300+ properties over the years. She now is in charge of the day to day administrative operations at GA Peach Properties. Crystal oversees renovations and maintenance while also collecting rent.

Asha Green

Acquisitions

A Central Georgia native and Mercer student with a passion for wholesaling deals in Macon and Warner Robins, Asha manages acquisitions for GA Peach Properties while also overseeing all operations in Warner Robins.

Jenna Lancaster

Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Jenna is a Middle Georgia native and currently pursuing her real estate license.
